The best way to get people out of cars and onto public transit is to provide a better option. The new Transbay Transit Center will do just that, correcting a fatal flaw in San Francisco’s public transit network–the lack of a central hub. Billed as the Grand Central Station of the West, the new Transbay Transit Center will change the way California moves for generations to come.
Our love affair with the car was nice while it lasted. Now it’s time to move on.
